Start Takbeer
(Takbeer way Allahu Akbar)
NOTE: No need to utter Niyah by means of mouth, hold purpose (Niyah) for your mind. (To make Niyah, i.E., to mention Nawaytuan usallia lillahi ta’ala rakatai ...... IS BIDA’H, and therefore must be avoided)
Standing (Qiyam)
Stand upright (erect) dealing with the Qiblah, make Niyah (goal in your heart) for the intended prayer (salah). Stand for prayer (salah) together with your ft toward the Qiblah.
Say Takbeer Tahrimah Allahu Akbar "Allah is the Greatest”
Raise each arms (palms facing the Qiblah) up for your ear lobes or shoulders and location your both palms over your chest. Head and eyes directed to the region of prostration (sajdah). Keep the space among your two ft consistent with your want.
Then start the Prayer (Salah) with this supplication (Dua’)
اللَّهُمَّ بَاعِدْ بَيْنِى وَبَيْنَ خَطَايَاىَ كَمَا بَاعَدْتَ بَيْنَ الْمَشْرِقِ وَالْمَغْرِبِ ، اللَّهُمَّ نَقِّنِى مِنَ الْخَطَايَا كَمَا يُنَقَّى الثَّوْبُ الأَبْيَضُ مِنَ الدَّنَسِ اللَّهُمَّ اغْسِلْ خَطَايَاىَ بِالْمَاءِ وَالثَّلْجِ وَالْبَرَدِ
Allahumma baid bayni wa bayna khatayaya kama baatta baynal-mashriqi walmaghribi. Allahumma naqqini min khatayaya kama yunaqqath-thawbul-abyadu minad-danasi, Allahummagh-silni min khatayaya bis-salji wal maa-i wal baradi.
Translation.
“O, Allah! Keep me aside from my sins (faults) as you have got stored aside the east and west. O, Allah! Clean me from my sins as a white garment is wiped clean from dust. O, Allah! Wash me off my sins with water, snow, and hail. (Bukhari and Muslim)
OR with this supplication (Dua’)
سُبْحَانَكَ اللَّهُمَّ وَبِحَمْدِكَ وَتَبَارَكَ اسْمُكَ وَتَعَالَى جَدُّكَ وَلاَ إِلَهَ غَيْرُكَ۔
Subhaanaka Allaahumma wa bihamdika, wa tabaarakasmuka, wa ta'aalaa jadduka, wa laa 'ilaaha ghayruka.
Translation.
Glory is to You, O Allah, and praise. Blessed is Your Name and Exalted is Your Majesty. There is none worthy of worship but You. (Abu Dawud, Ibn Majah, An-Nasa'i, and At-Tirmithi)
Now recite Surah Fatiha.
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ
الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ ۔الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ ۔مَالِكِ يَوْمِ الدِّين۔ إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ۔ اهْدِنَا الصِّرَاطَ الْمُسْتَقِيمَ۔ صِرَاطَ الَّذِينَ أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ غَيْرِ الْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا الضَّالِّينَ۔
“A ‘udhu billahi-minash-Shaytanir-rajeem. Bismilla-hir-Rahmaanir-Raheem. Alhamdu lillahi Rabbil-’alameen. Ar-Rahmanir-Raheem. Maliki yawmid-deen. Iyyaka na’budu wa iyyaka nasta’een. Ihdinassiratal-mustaqeem. Siratal-ladheena an’amta ‘alayhim, ghayrilmaghdoobi ‘alayhim walad-dalleen.” Ameen (Surah Fatiha.
Translation.
I am seeking shelter with Allah from the accursed devil (Shaitan)." In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. All rewards and thanks are Allah’s, the Lord of the ‘Alamin. The Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. The Only Owner of the Day of Recompense. You (Alone) we worship, and You (Alone) we ask for assistance. Guide us to the Straight Way. The way of those on whom You have bestowed Your Grace, not (the way) of folks that earned Your Anger, nor of those who went off beam. (Surah Fatiha.
Note: Recite Surah Fatiha in every rakah. If no longer recited, your Salah may be invalid.
“Bismilla-hir-Rahmaanir Raheem.” “Qul huwal-lahu ahad. Allahus-Samad. Lam yalid wa lam yuulad. Wa lam yakul-lahu kufuwan ahad.
Translation.
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Say: Allah is Unique! Allah is the source [for everything]; He has now not fathered all of us nor changed into He fathered, and there's not anything akin to Him!”
NOTE: You also can recite some other Surah or any part of the Qur’an apart from this.
Ruku
(Bowing/Bending forward)
Say
Allahu Akbar
"Allah is the Greatest”
Then cross into bowing (Ruku)
Say in the Ruku:
Subhaana Rabbiyal Azeem “Glorified is my Lord, the Most Great”
(Abu Dawud, Ibn Majah, An-Nasa'i, At-Tirmithi, and Ahmad)
(Recite it three or greater abnormal instances)

While happening to Sajdah, say…
(Recite it three or greater ordinary times)
Place your fingers down at the floor beneath your ears, your forearms should now not relax on the ground.
Your brow at the side of the tip of your nose ought to touch the ground
During prostration (sajdah), seven parts of your frame ought to contact the ground:
1) Your brow in conjunction with the top of the nose

Then sit up straight and say:
Rabbighfir lee, Rabbighfir lee!

In among two prostrations (sajdah), sit down for your left foot together with your right foot vertical to the ground and your feet pointing in the route of the Qiblah. Right foot vertical to the floor with feet in the path of the Qiblah.
Sit comfortably together with your back directly to the floor, your palms resting effectively on your thighs and knees.
While taking place to Sajdah (2nd), say:
Allahu Akbar “Allah is the Greatest.”
Then even as prostrating (in sajdah), say:
Subhani Rabbiyal-a’la “Glorified is my Lord, the Highest.” While happening to Sajdah (2d), say:
NOTE: Recite it 3 or extra abnormal instances.
Arise for providing 2d Rak’ah, announcing Takbeer:
Allahu Akbar “Allah is the Greatest.”
Begin the Rak’ah with Surah Al-Fatiha.
After this, repeat the same actions inside the 2d Rak’ah too that you have done within the first Rak’ah:

After elevating your head from Sajdah, sit down for Tashahhud and recite:
“At-tahiyatu lillahi turned into-salawatu wat-tayyibatu assalamu ‘alayka, ayyuhan-nabiyyu wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu, as-salamu ‘alayna wa ‘ala ‘ibadul-lahissaliheen. Ashhadu alla ilaha illallahu wa ashhadu anna Muhammadan abduhu wa Rasuluhu.”

O Allah bestow Your prefer on Muhammad and at the family of Muhammad as You have bestowed Your choose on Ibrahim and at the own family of Ibrahim, You are Praiseworthy, Most Glorious. O Allah, bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad as You have blessed Ibrahim and the family of Ibrahim, You are Praiseworthy, Most Glorious. (Sahih Bukhari)
Rabbana atina fid dunya hasanatan wa fil Aakhirati hasanatan waqina ‘adhaban-nar
“Our Lord, supply us in this world [that which is] right and in the Hereafter [that which is] correct and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.”
OR
Allaahumma 'innee 'a'oozu bika min l'azaabil-qabri, wa min 'azaabi jahannama, wa min fitnatil-mahyaa walmamaati, wa min sharri fitnatil-maseehid-dajjaal.
O Allah, I are trying to find shelter in You from the punishment of the grave, and from the punishment of Hell-fire, and from the trials of lifestyles and death, and from the evil of the trial of the False Messiah. (Bukhari and Muslim)
NOTE: You also can recite other invocations (Dua) except this which might be mentioned in the books of Sahih Ahadith)
(Now you need to provide Salaam)
Salaam (Salutation)
While turning your head to the proper say…
“As-salaamu ‘Alaykum wa Rahmatullah” Peace be upon you and the Mercy of Allah.
Then turn your head to the left, say…
“As-salaamu ‘Alaykum wa Rahmatullah” Peace be upon you and the Mercy of Allah.
END OF SALAH
After Salaam, Rasul (PBUH) used to recite:
33 times Subhanallah (Glory to Allah) 33 times Alhamdulillah (All reward is for Allah) 34 times Allahu Akbar (Allah is the Greatest) Total of a hundred instances.
